Clone the four repositories side by side

Agents working in coipe expect the docs at ../coipe-docs.

Requirements

Node 24 (each repo has .nvmrc) and pnpm 10 (corepack enable)
Docker, for local PostgreSQL
For infrastructure: kubectl, flux, sops, age

Run things
